BUYERS      SELLERS      NEW CONSTRUCTION      RELOCATE      CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Noe Valley is roughly bordered to the north by 22nd street, to the east by Dolores Park, Glen Park on the south, and Market on the west. It’s a true community, and a smart one too, realizing that gentrification is something to keep at bay. Residents and merchants have bonded here in a singular effort to keep life reasonable and quiet. On 24th street there is a mix of whole-food stores, clothing and craft shops, new age emporiums, all complimented by eating establishments and a couple of Irish pubs. The success of 24th streets shops spills south down Church Street where café’s and specialty stores now flourish.

Noe Valley wasn't known for its nightlife, but that may change as locals start swarming to hip neighborhood bars, and discover that parking is easy as pie on 24th Street -- after 8 PM, that is. The following spots buzz 'til closing on Friday and Saturday nights.

Bliss Bar: Bliss is hip and attractive enough to have been featured in “In Style” magazine. Enjoy the maroon leather booths or the sexy lighting in the back lounge behind the chain-link fence. Happy hour is 5-9 pm weeknights. 4026 24th St. (at Noe Street), (415) 826-6200.
