Mr. Lieberman has been in the private practice of law since 1976, holds a California Real Estate Broker's License and a California Insurance License. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and has served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Senior Estate Planners. Mr. Lieberman is also published and serves on the panels for court appointed counsel in conservatorship cases in Marin and San Francisco counties. He lectures throughout the state of California and has appeared on KFBK, KSRO and KNBR radio stations.
Mr. Eisenberg has been working with Mr. Lieberman for over two years. He brings a fresh perspective to the practice Mr. Lieberman has grown over the past 35 years. He is well versed regarding estate planning issues impacting the LGBT community, especially those resulting from the recent Supreme Court decisions.
